Job Title

An Operations Engineer will oversee project management, contract compliance, and equipment maintenance.

  • Key responsibilities include coordinating projects with various stakeholders and leading teams in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
  • The engineer will also be responsible for testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting building management systems and field devices.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of chiller plant operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency are also key tasks.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in project coordination, team leadership, and troubleshooting is essential.
  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in ACMV maintenance is required, preferably with industrial or commercial air-conditioning/chiller systems.
