Leading Moral Education Specialist

Manage and develop moral education programmes for residents in a welfare home. Responsibilities include programme execution, evaluation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of moral education programmes and classes.
- Develop, execute, and manage moral education programmes and classes.
- Present objectives clearly and provide relevant material to the objective.
- Assess residents' progress through observations and assessments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Select textbooks and instructional materials.
- Deliver curriculum using technology mediums and presentation tools.
- Build positive relationships with residents within Islamic guidelines.
- Organise programmes for Islamic events.
- Update moral education programmes and classes via notice boards.
- Engage stakeholders and external parties for Outreach efforts.
- Support the Head of Home and Head of Moral Educator.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Islamic Studies from a recognised institution.
- ARS Certified or PCICS graduate welcomed.
- Multilingual in Malay and English.
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great team player.
- Positive self-motivated and flexible working hours.
Work Schedule:
5-day work week (shift timing). Rotational shifts from 9am-6pm or 1:30pm-9:30pm on Monday to Friday.
Work Location:
Selected applicant allocated to one of three welfare homes: Halfway House or Children's Home.
