We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steel Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures at our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise steel structure fabrication and installation teams to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.">
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents.">
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in steel fabrication processes.">
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in steel fabrication and installation, preferably in a supervisory capacity.">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.">
  • Strong knowledge of construction site WSH rules and regulations, including safety protocols and procedures.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and government officials.">
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced construction environment.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve project goals.">

Desirable Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Possession of Safety Coordinator Certificate or equivalent.">
  • Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) certificate or similar.">
  • Work at height supervisor (WAH) certificate or equivalent.">
  • Experience in Scissors lift/ boom lift operation and scaffold supervision.">
  • Oil and petrochemical industry experience preferred.">
  • Forklift driving experience an advantage.">
