We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer or Manager to join our team in a senior leadership role.

This position involves overseeing the structural and civil design scope of projects from conceptualization through construction, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing project teams to deliver high-quality designs within budget and timeframe
  • Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design-related issues
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
  • Engaging with authorities and professional agencies for design submission and approval processes
  • Performing detailed structural analysis and design calculations using industry-standard software

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 5+ years of experience in structural or C&S design. Strong leadership, coordination, and mentoring skills are essential.
