Network Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Network Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our network infrastructure.

  • Perform thorough configuration audits to guarantee compliance, consistency, and operational integrity.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in network operations or engineering.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and documentation skills, as well as familiarity with process-driven environments. Industry certifications such as JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.

  • Configuration Management: Familiarity with configuration management and compliance frameworks.
  • Automation: Proficiency in automation tools such as Python, Ansible.
