We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at TalentVue Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, cost control, and quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender documents, including costing, tender evaluation, and contract administration.
  • Develop quotations for clients, ensuring completeness and timely submission of tender bids.
  • Manage costs, budgets, and evaluate price comparisons to ensure accurate costing summaries.
  • Prepare variation orders, monthly reports for progress payment claims, and purchase orders matching delivery orders.
  • Review and negotiate with project managers' suggested subcontractors, if applicable.
  • Identify potential claims based on contract deviations and handle problems such as time extensions, terms, and conditions, loss, and expense claims.
  • Settle main and subcontractor final accounts.
  • Establish relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably with main construction experience.
