Join Our Financial Team as an Accounts Specialist

As a skilled Accounts Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our company's financial activities. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting, including the preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance Sheet, and P&L reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting
- Manage receipts, payments, claims, and record into the accounting system on a timely basis
- Maintain monthly and yearly schedules for management & audit
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports & reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align the strategic goal of the organization
- Support queries from external auditors & tax agents
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with experience in full set accounts
- Proficient language - English & Mandarin (with preference given to those proficient in both)
