Dedicated Nursing Professional Wanted

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for providing nursing services to residents in a dynamic environment, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Nursing Practice: Assist in clinical assessments and procedures to detect, manage, and meet residents' physical, medical & psychosocial needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to provide coordinated and purposeful nursing care to meet rehabilitative and treatment needs of residents.
- Communication Skills: Engage with residents, relatives & community partners in care planning discussions, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Nursing Development: Provide orientation, guidance, mentoring and coaching to new or less experienced nurses, promoting professional growth and development.
- Medication Management: Assist RNs in medication administration & management, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established protocols.
- Ongoing Support: Assist in residents' activities of daily living (ADL), providing ongoing support and care to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NITEC in Nursing from ITE or equivalent qualifications.
Preferred Attributes:
- Linguistic Ability: Ability to speak local languages and dialects will be an advantage, enhancing communication with residents and families.
- Collaboration: Active team player with strong initiative and good communication skills, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Flexibility: Able to perform rotating shift, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic healthcare setting.
