As a seasoned payments transactions lawyer, you will provide critical legal support across APAC jurisdictions.

Work closely with a collegial team to navigate the intersection of banking and technology, ensuring compliance and facilitating growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of transformative projects integrating cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and AI into our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support and advice on transactional matters across APAC.
  • Review, negotiate, draft, and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with global legal teams on cross-border legal issues.
  • Manage relationships with outside counsel.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Effective communicator with senior executives.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in working with blockchain and AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of APAC market trends and regulatory requirements.
