Job Title: Credit Risk Management Specialist

The client is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Management Specialist to develop and oversee a credit risk management framework for the company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.

  • Actively manage credit risk for a designated portfolio, assessing risks and monitoring counterparties.
  • Support business growth with risk mitigation strategies aligned with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, statistics, math, computer science, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of credit underwriting experience in financial institutions or fintech, focusing on SMEs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach, excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to communicate in business English and Chinese is a plus.

What Skills/Qualifications Will You Need?

  • Over 7 years of credit underwriting experience in financial institutions or fintech, focusing on SMEs.
  • Preferred experience in cross-border trade finance, receivable finance, factoring, credit insurance, supply chain solutions, or SME coverage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset, adaptable to diverse cultures.
