Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

At Asian Sealand Offshore and Marine PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management system, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain our quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of quality and safety metrics, including KPIs and NCRs.
  • Review and approve quality inspection reports, including incoming material inspection, fit-up and visual inspection, welding traceability, and dimensional reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality and safety procedures, including welding repair and repair plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality and safety standards are met in all projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on quality and safety matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
