Job Title:
Professional Career Coach

Job Description:
As a Professional Career Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students in their career journey. You will work closely with them to identify their strengths, interests, and goals, and provide tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve success in their chosen field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise students on career exploration, job market navigation, and employability strategies.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching on career planning, job search strategies, resumes and cover letters, and interview preparation.
- Conduct briefings to help students prepare for workplace expectations and career transitions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with 5–7 years of working experience, including at least two years in the ICT sector.
- Good industry knowledge of the latest transformation, emerging opportunities, and hiring trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
