Regional Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product evaluations and support business partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Conduct market analysis to understand regional trends and customer needs
  • Establish and implement policies and guidelines for product promotion, marketing, and pricing activities
  • Define and execute product promotion and design win programs
  • Support sales teams with appropriate collateral to enable design-ins
  • Organize global tradeshow/exhibition events to showcase new products and technology
  • Assess and review team performance to ensure KPIs are on track

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of semiconductors experience with a marketing function or product management focus
  • Good knowledge of pricing strategies, customer pricing negotiations, and product portfolio management
  • Prior experiences with Power Discrete especially on Power MOSFET, THYRISTOR, DIODE, IGBT will be advantageous
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to work with all teams in the company
  • Advanced soft skills and intercultural competencies as well as enthusiasm in navigating between customers and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Chinese is a strong plus
  • Ability to drive, coordinate, and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities and business partners
  • Willfulness and ability to travel globally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a strong plus
