**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrative Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all tasks within stipulated timelines, adhering to operational procedures and protocols.
  • Cleanse and check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify all documentation to ensure it meets required standards.
  • Enter key information into our system, including client and product details, premium amounts, and other relevant data.
  • Approve submissions on our online platform, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Perform archival duties, including scanning, verification, and uploading documents.
  • Ensure all scanned documents are indexed correctly and accurately.
  • Verify and check documents for accuracy during the verification process.
  • Upload documents into the correct adviser's or client's folder.
  • Prepare, update, and send data reports on daily, weekly, and monthly frequencies.
  • Ensure all information and reports are accurate before disseminating them to relevant departments within the specified timeline.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system applications as needed.
  • Maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, both internally and externally.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely communication networks between team members and reporting managers.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties, including assisting other staff members and answering queries from advisers.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to functional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competency in Excel: Intermediate to advanced level required.
  • Experience: Minimum years of life insurance backroom experience preferred.
  • Education: Possess minimum diploma qualification.
  • Professional Certification(s): Relevant insurance certificates, such as M5 or M9, are highly desirable.
