Job Title: Functional Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Tester to join our team at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a Functional Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze software requirements and technical specifications to identify test cases and scenarios.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the software application's usability, performance, and functionality.
  • Identify and report defects found during testing, working with developers to resolve them.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with end-users to gather feedback and ensure issues are addressed.
  • Document test results and outcomes, including feedback from end-users and recommended improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of functional testing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, and test automation.
  • Experience in software requirement analysis and documentation.
  • Experience in test automation tools, such as Tosca.
  • Skills in API testing tools, such as Postman and SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Preferably holds ISTQB Certification or Test Automation Certification.
