We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team.

Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and refining robust backend services for DeFi applications. This includes optimizing performance, ensuring security, and driving growth potential.

You'll work closely with frontend developers and smart contract specialists to integrate backend systems seamlessly with blockchain infrastructure.

Designing APIs that ensure secure and efficient interactions between user interfaces, smart contracts, and external services is also key.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years working on blockchain-integrated systems.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang.
  • A strong ability to optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) for speed, integrity, and scalability.
  • A comfort with rapid development cycles and a proven record of deploying production-ready code regularly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively in a team setting.
  • Experience driving technical projects from inception to completion with full accountability.
  • Hands-on experience rolling out liquid staking solutions in a live environment.
  • A background in operating validators on EVM-based networks.
  • Advanced familiarity with Ethereum's consensus and execution layers.
  • A thorough understanding of DeFi primitives and their interconnections.
