Flight Load Coordinator

Job Description:

The Flight Load Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading of aircraft with cargo and passengers. This involves coordinating with various parties, including pilots, ground crew, and other stakeholders, to ensure that all safety regulations and airline policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and verify flight manifests and loading instructions
  • Coordinate with pilots and ground crew to ensure safe and efficient loading of aircraft
  • Verify weights and balances of aircraft to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Issue loading instructions and coordinate with loading supervisors
  • Monitor and report on load sheet accuracy and completeness
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with credits in English & Math
  • Relevant working experience with an airline or related industry
  • Experience in load planning is advantageous
