Sales and Business Development Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Business Development Associate to support our sales and business development efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach.
  • Support sales team in prospecting, client engagement, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate and organize sales meetings, demos, and product presentations.
  • Draft and review sales contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer success.
  • Support post-sales activities, including feedback collection and client relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales, business development, and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
