Job Summary:

As an Algorithm Engineer at ADVANCE.AI, you will be a key contributor to our innovation engine, driving the development and optimization of cutting-edge algorithms for our AI products. With a strong background in computer vision and machine learning, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize algorithms that power our eKYC products for customer onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for our computer vision AI products, including document OCR, face recognition, and liveness detection.
  • Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and business teams to understand requirements, identify issues, and integrate advanced algorithms into our technology stack.
  • Work closely with the Platform team to build and optimize our internal autoML pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement optimizations of cutting-edge algorithm techniques to enhance the efficiency and speed of our AI products.
  • Develop robust testing frameworks to validate the correctness and reliability of algorithms, ensuring they perform optimally in diverse scenarios.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • At least 1.5 years of proven experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms for real-world applications in computer vision.
  • Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong coding skills, preferably in languages such as Python or C++.
  • Good background in machine learning and deep learning platforms.
  • Track record of successfully delivering high-performance ML-driven products.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
