Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for data analysis?

  • We are seeking a talented Master Data Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining master data items in our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness on a regular basis.

  • You will analyze all available data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, rather than waiting for issues to arise.
  • Develop and implement new data analysis methods or enhance existing models to capture potential improvement areas.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional projects requiring master data expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with master data team members to share knowledge, align processes, and support learning.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve data collection processes and partner with other departments on related topics.
  • Document master data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date procedural guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in master data management or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in QAD or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities from data.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
