Operations Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible individual to fill an Operations Team Member position in the funeral industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up and tearing down of equipment and facilities for funerals.
  • Manage housekeeping tasks for in-house funeral equipment, including cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Perform general maintenance duties for funeral homes, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with any other funeral-related duties as needed.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A valid Class 3/ 3A driving license is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
  • Previous experience in the funeral industry is not necessary, but willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
