Role Overview

The primary function of this position is to serve as the technical authority on our platform, providing assurance and guidance to clients across multiple subjects.

This includes implementation, performance, security, and the logic behind statistics and calculations within the platform.

  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to pitch the solution to prospective clients and support the sales process.

You will be responsible for reassuring clients through in-depth knowledge of our platform, facilitating a seamless client experience.

About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of our platform's capabilities, as well as commercial acumen to drive business growth.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
