- Conduct regular risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform ongoing inspections to identify non-compliance and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Coordinate audits and maintain accurate safety documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate monthly EHS Committee meetings to discuss safety concerns and best practices.
- Collect and analyze data for EHS and Sustainability reports to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate the Permit to Work System and ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols.
- Oversee workplace repairs and installations to mitigate safety risks and verify the safety of tools and equipment.
- Investigate and report workplace incidents, conduct safety briefings, trainings, and emergency drills to ensure a safe working environment.
- Arrange OSHA testing and evaluations, manage visitor registration, and address disciplinary offenses in accordance with company policies.
- Degree in engineering-related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of EHS-related experience in the manufacturing industry.
