About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to access requests for users across the firm. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely completion of access requests for applications, operating systems, and maintaining Role Based Access Control. The candidate will also document and maintain procedures related to the Identity and Access Management team, perform access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations, produce regular reporting for management and various oversight functions, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements, create, modify, and terminate user accounts, roles, and entitlements in accordance with established policies and procedures, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning and access management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM processes with other security systems and applications.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science related field, or equivalent industry experience. They should have 2-3 years of experience working in Access Management or Systems Administration, strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, principles, and best practices, proven experience as an Information Security Administrator or similar role within a financial services firm, and proficiency in managing and provisioning entitlements within IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Ping Identity. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and a self-starter, and commit to the highest ethical standards.
