Job Description:
">- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive/Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and retention of assigned customer accounts.">
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and providing value-added solutions.">
- Pre-Sales Activities: Participate in product demonstrations, solution discussions, and exhibitions to engage with potential customers and promote our products.">
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.">
- Sales Support: Assist in developing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to support the sales process.">
- Market Feedback: Gather feedback on product performance, customer requirements, and industry trends to improve our offerings.">
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and resolve technical issues.">
Requirements:
">- A diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. A degree in a technical field such as engineering may be preferred.">
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-related industry, is highly beneficial.">
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is necessary to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.">
