About this Role

The Senior Solutions Engineer will implement multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, undertaking tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.

This position is ideal for an individual with basic knowledge in networks/cybersecurity, providing an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.

This role reports to the Technical Manager, who oversees the team's operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting
  • Assist in healthchecks and upgrades for cybersecurity and network devices
  • Handle Project Kick off Meetings
  • Maintain cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • Configure and migrate cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • Perform User Acceptance Tests
  • Draft documentation for projects
  • Proactively manage customer expectations
