Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial transactions, including GST accounts and AR/AP management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage AR chase for customer payment and AP payment list for director approval
• Reconcile system transactions, including bank account, cash, POS, and credit card payments
• Prepare and update balance sheet assets and liabilities accounts schedule and listing
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and corporate card usage of the company
• Review import duty permit prepared by billing team and logistic firm
• Review POS stock movement prepared by billing team with purchase documents

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years' experience managing full-spectrum accounts
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross-functional team
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, POS systems, and credit card portals
