Teleprospecting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Teleprospecting Specialist to join our team at AXIOM IT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

This is a challenging opportunity for sales professionals looking to grow their career in the field of IT solutions. As a Teleprospecting Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts.

• Generate sales leads and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing and email campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Provide quotations and proposals to potential clients
• Data analysis to identify targeted customer groups
• Make cold calls to potential customers
• Track renewal schedules, forecast, and report on sales performance

• Experience in sales or telemarketing in the IT industry is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• An attractive salary of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
