Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cargo Officer to manage cargo operations and documentation with utmost precision.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers and hold certifications in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48) and Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cargo operations and documentation with utmost precision.
  • Safeguard product quality and quantity by adhering to strict protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation, and delivery processes.
  • Implement effective custody control procedures for cargo storage onboard bunker tankers and movements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of inventory in stock movement logbooks and daily ROB reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints or disputes, reporting incidents to the Operations Manager and assisting in onsite investigations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers.
  • Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48).
  • Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024).
  • Willingness to adapt to shift duties and remain onboard vessels as required.
