Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Equipment Resource Manager. This role is a critical part of our Marine Site Characterisation (MSC) business line, supporting the technical equipment needs of our Geophysical, Geotechnical, Hydrographic, and Coastal Resilience survey operations in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure timely equipment resource availability to all offshore projects, effective equipment resource performance on offshore projects, and efficient equipment resource delivery on offshore projects.
  • To provide guidance to company management on equipment resource levels, actual utilisation, and future planning/CAPEX strategisation.
Requirements:
  • HND or bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience/background with maintenance of technical equipment used in marine geophysical survey/light-geotechnical industries.
