Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dough and batters using hand tools or bakery equipment.

  • Monitoring the baking process, setting oven temperatures, and adjusting baking times to ensure products meet quality standards.

  • Decorating, glazing, or finishing baked goods as required.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and baking equipment.

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

  • Managing ingredient inventory, checking deliveries, and reporting shortages to supervisors.

  • Innovating and developing new recipes or seasonal bakery products to attract customers.

  • Providing excellent service by fulfilling special orders or custom requests when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg) and stand for long periods.
