Job Title: Radar Operations Manager

Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of radar systems across various sites. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Manage a team of engineers performing maintenance work, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing maintenance service, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Able to perform 24/7 stand-by duties and work outdoors on site.
  • Medically fit and able to lift heavy loads and work at height.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
