Job Title

The Role of a Product Expert is pivotal in bridging the gap between our offerings and customer needs. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead product demonstrations, showcasing features and return on investment.

  • Serving as the product expert during pre-sales engagements with financial institutions, corporates, or partners.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor product presentations accordingly.
  • Providing technical and functional product knowledge during presentations, requests for proposal, and client workshops.
  • Assisting in the development of product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conducting training sessions for internal teams and end-users to ensure successful adoption.
  • Capturing feedback from clients and sales teams to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the fintech and financial services space.
  • Supporting post-sales implementation discussions in coordination with technical teams, ensuring smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product specialist, pre-sales, or business development roles within fintech, banking, or financial software industries.
  • Knowledge of financial products (e.g., payments, wealth management, trading platforms, lending solutions, or core banking systems).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Experience with CRM tools, product demo platforms, and sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • A self-driven, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.
