  • Financial Model and Capital Management

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Principal or Executive Director level career experience in venture capital or investment banking, with a strong track record of deal-making and team leadership.
  • Proven experience in the cybersecurity industry, particularly in digital forensics incident response, cyber insurtech MGAs, or similar SaaS business models.
  • Charismatic and extroverted personality, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Technical accounting knowledge and experience with financial modeling, including scenario analysis and forecasting.
