Job Description

Our team seeks a dedicated professional to collaborate with experienced teachers in delivering high-quality educational programs for students with autism. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting teachers in preparing lesson plans and implementing instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Supporting teachers in monitoring student progress, collecting data on behavior and learning outcomes, and collaborating on classroom management matters.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders to facilitate administrative processes and ensuring the well-being and safety of students in our school.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Teacher Aide or teaching professional is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A passion for supporting students with special needs and a willingness to learn about autism.
