Job Title: Electromechanical Systems TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and proactive technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical systems, industrial automation equipment, and robotics.Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery, robotic systems, and production equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems.
  • Calibrate sensors, actuators, and control components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of improvements to existing equipment.
  • Work with engineering teams to test and commission new machinery and prototypes.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service logs.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
  • Train operators and maintenance staff on new equipment and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (2–4 years preferred) as a technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or automation environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI interfaces, drives, and industrial robotics is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and perform root cause analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain clear documentation.
