Energy Research and Development Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Research and Development Program Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our energy research and development initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research and development programs to drive innovation and growth in the energy sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research and development opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate research and development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic and research institutions, to identify and leverage new technologies and innovations.
- Develop and manage grant proposals and applications to secure funding for research and development projects.
- Communicate research and development progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in energy research and development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing research and development projects and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time, including internationally.
