We are seeking a highly skilled Elevated Equipment Performance Specialist to join our team. As an expert in equipment performance, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our production tools.
About the Role
The Elevated Equipment Performance Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase tool uptime, reduce downtime, and enhance overall equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with process, integration, and manufacturing engineers to ensure efficient workflows and meet module objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Equipment Engineers, Technologists, and Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Review and validate reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish and maintain documentation, including equipment specifications, troubleshooting procedures, maintenance procedures, and safety-related documents.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to improve spare parts management and develop new methods to achieve cost savings.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives, analyzing trends and proposing areas for improvement.
- Participate in quality-related exchanges to enhance improvement and prevention efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or Physics) with at least 3 years of experience as a tool owner.
- Hands-on experience with Vapor phase decomposition-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (VPD-ICPMS), film measurement systems, visual and sorter systems, Sem Vision, bagging tool and box cleaner tools, and automation material systems.
- Proficiency in JMP, Python, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Critical thinking, teamwork, and passion for learning.

We Offer
A competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
