We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Allied Search PTE. LTD. as a permanent full-time or locum position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including hospitals, community clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide goal-oriented treatment through direct and consultative intervention strategies to facilitate speech and language skill development.
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Review and develop individualized education plans and intervention plans to achieve specific short-term and long-term goals.
  • Provide education and training to staff and clients.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
  • Hold AHPC registration or be eligible for registration.
