Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our team in Singapore. This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with a strong background in market development and business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, negotiation, and account management. They will work closely with our team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new deals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting targets
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
