Are you a skilled foot reflexologist passionate about delivering personalized and relaxing experiences to clients? We invite you to join our team as a Chief Foot Care Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

As a Chief Foot Care Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional foot care services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest receives a tailored and rejuvenating experience.

To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for explaining our services to clients in a clear and concise manner, applying pressure with your thumbs and fingers to stimulate specific points on the feet, communicating effectively with guests during massages to adjust techniques as needed, cleaning and sanitizing work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene, keeping accurate records of client interactions and services provided, asking questions to gather information about guests' medical conditions and allergies before treating them, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are upheld at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a foot reflexologist.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to deliver outstanding results.
  • Patient and respectful when working with clients.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
