Customer Service Account Manager

Xpress Print (Pte) Ltd is a leading print services provider seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Manager to join our team.
Salary: SGD 50,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to our corporate clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities to grow revenue;
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality print products and services;
- Ensuring timely issue billing and payment collection;
- Presenting designs and artwork to clients;
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed;
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A diploma or degree in Business or a related field;
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and techniques;
