Customer Experience Ambassador
Job Description:We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to be the friendly face of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm atmosphere for customers.
- Assist customers in finding their perfect cake and handle orders with care.
- Be part of a purpose-driven team that bakes for good.
Requirements:
- A warm, service-minded personality and eagerness to learn about health-conscious baking.
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays, comfortable with customer-facing conversations.
- Prior F&B or retail experience is a bonus, but heart matters more.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador (Front of House), you are the heart of our customer experience. You'll be the first face customers see, helping them discover our range of cakes and desserts that are free from common allergens, while providing heartfelt service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve walk-in and online customers warmly and professionally.
- Guide customers through our allergy-friendly offerings and answer product queries.
- Handle point-of-sale operations, order processing, and cash handling.
- Manage cake collection schedules and ensure accurate handovers.
- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Receive and manage stock and supplies (including checking expiry dates).
- Upsell seasonal promotions and encourage customer feedback.
- Support marketing and event activities when needed.
