Job Title: Nursing Care Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our Home.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting registered nurses in providing clinical care to residents, including administering medications, wound dressing, and meal feeding. You will also supervise nursing aides and health attendants under the guidance of registered nurses, ensuring that they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist registered nurses in delivering nursing care to residents, including:

  • Administering medications, as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Caring for residents with complex medical conditions, such as wounds, pressure sores, and dementia
  • Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Supervise and guide nursing aides and health attendants, ensuring that they:

  • Perform their duties efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care
