Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead architect to join our team. As a Strategic Project Lead, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen.

  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of architectural drawings across all project phases.
  • Administer professional sub-consultancy agreements and monitor team performance.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team environment and foster open communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognized degree in architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • 6-10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in healthcare projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
  • Proficient in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
