We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT CLIENT ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES TO INCREASE CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND RETENTION
  • ANALYZE CLIENT NEEDS AND PREFERENCES TO PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES
Requirements:
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT OR A RELATED FIELD
  • STRONG SALES AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK Independently AND AS PART OF A TEAM
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, OR A RELATED FIELD
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY OR A RELATED FIELD
