We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Mandarin Language Educator.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families by providing high-quality Mandarin language instruction in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading small-group Mandarin classes with toddlers and their parents, creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of the children. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our centre's educational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching small-group Mandarin classes with toddlers and accompanying parents
  • Creating and refreshing lesson materials on a monthly basis to suit the children's level
  • Tracking each child's learning progress and documenting notes
  • Communicating effectively with parents during and after lessons
  • Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (Chinese)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in a preschool classroom setting
  • The ability to work confidently in front of both children and parents
  • Friendly, patient, calm, and adaptable demeanor

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, with flexible scheduling options including:

  • Option (a): 3 weekdays + 2 weekends
  • Option (b): 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
