Pastry Cook Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in basic pastry preparation, supporting senior pastry cooks, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing dough, batters, fillings, and other pastry items.
  • Support senior pastry cooks with daily mise en place and assist in cleaning and maintaining pastry tools and equipment.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and ensure proper food storage and labeling of pastry items.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
