Job Title: Regional Finance Executive

Join Cheil Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a Regional Finance Executive and take on a challenging role that requires strong financial planning and analysis skills. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, processing employee expense claims, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of accounts, AP entries, and bank reconciliation
  • Process employee monthly expense claims
  • Ensure absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
  • Prepare outgoing payables and provide payment advice
  • Manage vendor balance reconciliation and follow-up with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and prepare ad hoc financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
  • Review standard operating procedures relating to fixed & current assets, including assessment of asset obsolescence
  • Review monthly reconciliation schedules relating to bank balances, payables, inter-company balances, etc.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for audits
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing plans and recommending future courses of actions
  • Manage the FP&A function and provide advisory to operational matters in relation to financial planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Supporting Regional role for SEAO region
Requirements:
  • A Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or other professional qualifications such as ACCA
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience, with proven operational excellence record
  • Working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
  • Experience working for MNCs with dynamic ERP system
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, law & regulations, concepts and systems to ensure compliance, internal controls and timely and accurate financial statements
  • Experience in advertising business or service industry is preferred
