Key Responsibilities
  • Source and prepare information for participation in tender exercises.
  • Obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements.
  • Prepare bills of quantities, involving quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring, and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of construction, quantity surveying, and administration
  • Ability to prepare estimates, procure materials, and control costs
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
